TCDB Trade Recap: Cards from The Collector

Chris over at The Collector had an August post centering around the 2019 Topps base set and listed off some sets he was getting close to completing. I found a few cards I didn't need and proposed a small trade for some Red Sox I didn't have.


I only asked for 5 of these cards. Chris was kind enough to throw in some extras, including an always welcomed Xander Bogaerts rookie card.

    Have you heard from him lately? He seems to have disappeared rather suddenly. Hope he's OK.

      I've been thinking the same thing! It's been almost two months since his last post. Like you said, I hope he's well.

      He hasn't posted in almost two months, and he hasn't logged into his TCDB account since the day of his last post. I've sent two emails with no response, which is highly unusual, because Chris and I have had many a conversation via email over the last couple of years, so to not hear back from him is a bit worrisome to say the least.
