In all my years of baseball fandom, I've had numerous players I enjoyed watching and following - Roger Clemens, Tim Wakefield, Nomar Garciaparra, Dustin Pedroia, Mookie Betts, Rafael Devers - the list goes on and on. Despite my fandom, I couldn't tell you much about them personally, especially their birthdays. There is one Red Sox player whose birthday I always remember, only because it happens to be mine as well.
