Time Travel Trading Update #113

 

It's a big one today, thanks to 5 trades and a generous gift from a former blogger! Are you ready to impulse trade? Let's go!

 

We lead things off with a trade over at the TCDB. A collector named Ben, who has time traveled with me twice before, sent these great cards my way:

 

Kellogg's cards are always popular, as well as oddball sets like those Expos cards. I'm sure these won't last long!

 

Jeff (Wax Pack Wonders) is up next with a bunch of vintage, an all-time dominant pitcher, and a minor league card that I at first thought was another Hall of Famer but turns out was just someone with the same name. 

 

 

 

Bo Rosny (Baseball Cards Come To Life!) may or may not be trying to troll this Red Sox fan with our latest trade, which is full of Yankees! (OK technically the A-Rod card is with his time in Seattle, but still..) The Yankees are having a much better season than the Red Sox so far, so hopefully that'll get people in the mood to take this pinstripped group off my hands and out of my stack!

 

 

Brendan Hart's (The View From The Third Floor) latest trade features a lot of big names as usual. From what I understand, the Matthews card is considered an erro due to a finger-shaped ink blot on the back. 

 

Next up we have Stuart (S.R. '75 Cards) who sent a card from the same set as the card I traded to him, as well as a classic 1968 team card!

 

 

Finally, Jon (formerly of A Penney Sleeve For Your Thoughts) emailed me last month stating he had a bunch of well-loved vintage cards and wondered if they could potentially find new homes through the Time Travel Trading project. Jon sent all of these great 1969 and 1972 Topps cards:
