Reynolds got the Opening Day honor for Houston from 1996-2000. He joins J.R. Richard (5), Mike Scott (5), and Roy Oswalt (8) as the only Asros pitchers to have done so at least 5 times.
This post and piece of trivia motivated me to research who had 5 or more Opening Day starts for the A's and Padres...

Padres: None
Was pretty surprised Jake Peavy and Randy Jones didn't reach five. Both had four. As for the A's, Stewart didn't surprise me, but Langford did a little.
