Whenever a respected blogger steps away, it's a pleasant surprise when they make a post. It's an even bigger surprise when that post is for a giveaway!
Tom (The Angels In Order) returned to blogging for a little while, enough to offer up some cards. There were some great cards, and I requested these 5:

Dave Winfield - He may be a Yankee, but that is a Hall of Fame smile and just looking at it makes you want to smile too!
Tim Wakefield - He's beloved in Boston, and for good reason. That knuckleballer gave everything for the team.
Wade Boggs - Red Sox Hall of Famer, enough said!
Satchel Paige - A fantastic card of this all-time great. Gotta love that Kansas City Monarchs uniform!

Yeah, I love when old standby blogs like Angels In Order return, even if for a little while. I'd like to see it for some of those 2008 blogs, but not holding my breath.
